Watermark has officially welcomed our 400th purchasers, Kylie, Matthew and their young family to the community.
Originally planning on moving closer to the Geelong CBD, the family couldn’t go past Watermark’s large block sizes and future open parklands, both of which persuaded the family to call Watermark and the Geelong area home.
With two children aged 12 and 15, the family was beginning to outgrow their current home.
Searching for a larger block upwards of 1,000sqm to suit their growing needs, the family decided Watermark was the only development that could provide them with an area large enough to build the home of their dreams.
“The land sizes, location and future parklands were all important in our decision making and we were impressed by what Watermark could offer our family and the community,” Kylie said.
With work located in the CBD, Watermark’s location and proximity to Reserve Road means Matthew’s travel time is reduced by a significant 30 minutes, meaning Matthew has more time for fishing with the kids and spending time at home.
Watermark’s thoughtfully designed community spaces are important for young families as they give young children a sense of freedom and parents peace of mind.
Having purchased properties before, Kylie said the process of working with the Watermark team was a breeze.
