Sales and construction update – March 2019

2019 is flying by. The school holidays are nearly upon us, the days are getting shorter, and Easter is already just around the corner. Construction at Watermark is powering along, going from a burgeoning development to a fully fledged community before our very eyes.

Our residents in Stage 8 are looking forward to their lots nearing completion, with clean up currently underway. It won’t be long before families are populating the streets and reaping the benefits of neighbourhood playgrounds, parks, and nearby beaches.

NBN has been installed in Stage 9 while footpaths and concrete works are scheduled to get underway soon, providing the foundation for the tranquil, tree-lined streets that Watermark will possess.
