Meet Watermark’s 500th purchasers, Ebony Boyd and Cassandra Ewing

Young beach-going couple Ebony and Cassie had been searching far and wide for their first home together for just over a year, when they eventually made the fortuitous decision to drive through ID_Land’s Watermark in Armstrong Creek when searching for property in the area.

They immediately fell in love with ID_Land’s coastal paradise, with the tree-lined streets, bike paths and public spaces exciting the young pair.

Cassie, a dietician, says that she and her partner knew straight away that they wanted to settle down in Watermark
“It’s hard to explain how we felt, we just fell in love with the atmosphere – the area is so beautiful and it’s so close to the beach!” she said.

Paramedic Ebony, who works in Geelong, felt the same instant affinity that Cassie did, falling in love with Watermark and its surrounds.

“We had driven through a few estates, but there was something different about Watermark that we just fell in love with – it still feels a bit country with all the trees and the landscape, but we’re still so close to the beach and the city.”

“The location couldn’t be more perfect, we’re close to work, our families in Melbourne and we’re closer Warrnambool as well, where some of our family live,” Ebony said.

In their spare time the pair love getting out and exploring the local area with their beloved four-legged companion, Jimmy.

“We always take Jimmy out on the weekends, we love going to parks with him and we take him to the beach as well, we think he’s also pretty excited about his new life in Watermark!” Cassie said.

The young pair are looking forward to living in the family-friendly Watermark, taking advantage of the area’s amenities and getting to know their future neighbours.
